Stages of customer service

  • Presentation of needs and expectations within the scope of the searched data.
  • Contact with our advisor with the aim of stating precisely the query and analysis of the needs.
  • Valuation prepared by the InfoBrokering Team (1-2 working days).
  • Acceptance of the offer – delivery of the data needed for the agreement and pro-forma invoice – down payment.
  • Task realisation (5-10 working days).
  • Delivery of the results in the electronic form (e-mail) as an XLS database.

Stages of a mailing campaign

  • Presentation of needs and expectations within the scope of business customers.
  • Contact with our advisor with the aim of stating precisely the query and analysis of the needs.
  • Valuation prepared by the InfoBrokering Team (1-2 working days).
  • Acceptance of the offer – delivery of the data needed for the agreement and pro-forma invoice – down payment.
  • Individual deadline arrangement of the mailing campaign.
  • Delivery of the prepared material to the first stage (request of the agreement to send commercial offer) and second stage (commercial offer) of the campaign. Optionally, a graphic creation can be prepared at an extra charge. Examples of our graphic creations
  • Delivery of the statistical report of the campaign and e-mails received from the interested customers within 3 days of completing the campaign.
